Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NexImpera (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What the Platform is

NexImpera is a free financial-education platform: daily market reports built from official exchange data, a Virtual Portfolio simulator, structured courses, quizzes, and a Financial Health Score. It is educational content, not a brokerage, not an advisory service, and not a fund. See our Disclaimer for the full statement on what the Platform is not — those terms are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep your email address valid, since it is how we verify your account and deliver certificates.
• One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.

3. The Virtual Portfolio

The Virtual Portfolio uses simulated currency with no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for anything of value, or converted to real money in any circumstance. Leaderboards and rankings based on it are for engagement and learning only. We may reset, adjust, or recalibrate simulated balances at our discretion — for example, to correct a data error — without notice.

4. Gamification, streaks, badges and certificates

XP, streaks, badges and Academy certificates are recognitions of participation and completed learning. They carry no monetary value and confer no professional qualification, license, or regulatory standing. A certificate states that you completed a specific programme on this Platform — nothing more.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data on the Platform.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the Platform other than through the pages and feeds we publish for that purpose (for example our sitemap or llms.txt).
• Upload malicious code, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Use automated means to create multiple accounts or to manipulate leaderboards, quizzes, or the Virtual Portfolio.

6. Content ownership

Articles, reports, course material and site design are owned by NexImpera or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts with attribution.

7. No investment advice — see Disclaimer

Nothing on the Platform is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. This is stated in full, with the reasoning behind it, in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Availability and changes

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Market data depends on third-party publishers (BSE, NSE, AMFI) and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including attempts to manipulate the Virtual Portfolio, leaderboards, or the streak/XP system.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexImpera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including any real-world financial decision made after reading content published here.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
